Reviews and Ratings <br />
Despite some serious maintenance issues and outdated decor, the resort offers stunning views, especially at sunset. Staff members were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, the issues with cleanliness, especially in the unit, and uncomfortable furniture took away from the experience. Overall, it's a mixed bag of clean surroundings but with many needs for improvement.
This resort has some fantastic amenities like a pool, spa, and game room, which made for a great stay overall. However, I was frustrated by the limited kitchen supplies and cleanliness issues in the unit. While I enjoyed the beautiful views, the lack of basic cooking essentials and some cleanliness concerns were quite disappointing for the price we paid.
My stay at the resort was a mix of good and bad experiences. The location is fantastic, nestled in nature with great views, but the facilities left a lot to be desired. The state of the rooms and common areas was not ideal; they seemed old and not very clean. The service was responsive and the staff did their best to assist, but issues like the broken dishwasher and the dirty furniture really affected our comfort during the stay.
We had a wonderful family getaway at Highlands at Sugar. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we really enjoyed the spacious suite and fully equipped kitchen. However, there were some cleanliness issues and the place definitely showed its age, making it less appealing in parts. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.
I had a wonderful trip at this resort! The amenities were impressive, especially the pool and spa. However, my unit lacked basic kitchen supplies, which was frustrating. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort and fun activities nearby.
